As part of our commitment to effective scheduling, we require clients to provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of appointments booked through our website.
Cancellation of Services
To cancel or reschedule an appointment for an online consultation booked through our website, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Failure to provide the required notice may result in the full consultation fee being charged.
Refunds
Due to the nature of our services, which involve the allocation of time and expertise during online consultations, refunds may not be available once the service has been delivered or initiated.
Exceptions
Under certain exceptional circumstances, such as technical issues or unforeseen events that prevent the completion of the consultation, Dietitian Ujjwala may, at its discretion, offer a rescheduled session or credit for future services.
